Manually Adjusting Points

Points can be manually added or deducted from a customer's balance through the Stripe Dashboard.

Manual points adjustments

Adding points​

  • Open a Customer in the Stripe Dashboard
  • Click the "Loyalty and Rewards" icon on the right hand side of the screen to open the Loyalty and Rewards panel
  • In the first box enter the number of points to add
  • In the second box enter a reason for the adjustment
  • Click "Add or deduct points"

Deducting points​

  • Open a Customer in the Stripe Dashboard
  • Click the "Loyalty and Rewards" icon on the right hand side of the screen to open the Loyalty and Rewards panel
  • In the first box enter the number of points to deduct as a negative number, e.g. -100
  • In the second box add a reason for the adjustment
  • Click "Add or deduct points"
